Instead, we specialize in gel manicures and pedicures on natural nails, using a unique protective polish layer for long-lasting results. Our experts use a special technique to safely remove polish without acetone. Our dedication to excellence and health-conscious practices distinguishes us from traditional nail salons. Give the gift of pure pampering and rejuvenation today! **SANITATION** We welcome your questions and will address your concerns clearly and openly, with your safety in mind. Each client receives a single-use kit including a file, buffer, and pumice to ensure a safe and clean manicure and pedicure. - We sanitize and disinfect all reusable tools according to state regulations and industry best practices. - We follow cleaning protocols required by the state and recommended by product manufacturers. Safety procedures are performed after every client, at the end of each day, and weekly. - We clean our hands before each service and ask you to do the same. - We use clean towels for each client. - We do not use acrylic and acetone in our salon to avoid exposure to odors and vapors. **PROFESSIONALISM** We take pride in our professionalism: • Our licenses are up-to-date and displayed. • We evaluate the health of your nails before your service and refer you to a physician if needed. Please inform us of any health conditions like diabetes, open cuts, or skin irritations that may affect your service. • We provide recommendations for at-home maintenance of your nails and encourage you to understand your role in keeping your nails healthy and attractive. **POLICY** • We strive to exceed your expectations, but mistakes happen. Please inform us before leaving the salon. • Please turn off your phone while in our spa to ensure the comfort of other guests. **CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING** Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to us. We understand that unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully require at least 24-hour notice. **Our Cancellation Policy:** A cancellation or rescheduling request made on the day of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked services. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule to ensure that our next guest's appointment is not delayed. **We are not responsible for lost or misplaced items during your visit.** For any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
